IT Network Support - Level 1

Ramped Technology is a leading provider of commercial IT services to the Great Southern Region and is based in Albany since 2001. We have a client base from the smallest to the largest networks in the region.
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic person to fill the role of a Level 1 - IT Network Support Technician.
Experience is desirable, however on job training will be provided. The right candidate will need to enjoy working with people, have patience, great communication, time management skills, sound problem solving skills and enthusiasm to provide outstanding customer service.
In this position you will be required to have the ability to work well under pressure with changing priorities, unpredictable workload, and perform the following duties:
• Serve our customers to the highest standard;
•Work with others as a team member;
• Represent RAMPED in a positive and professional manner;
• Be punctual and presentable at all times;
• Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others;
• Phone Support;
• Help Desk Duties including operation of the Ticketing System;
• Onsite Client Support;
• Microsoft 365 support, management and configuration including Azure, Intune, Exchange, Sharepoint, Security and Compliance;
• Computer configurations and installs;
• Computer diagnostics and repairs;
• VOIP installations, diagnostics and repairs;
• Monitoring Services;
• Network, Client and Process documentation;
• Stock Control; and
• Any other reasonable task as directed by the Manager and/or Director.
