Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder – Sunshine Coast

We're looking for a Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder to join our fabrication team at Quik Corp. This role plays an important part in manufacturing our Quik Spray and agricultural product ranges, helping maintain production output through the busy spray season.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for fabricating and welding components to a high standard, working from engineering drawings and production schedules. The role includes MIG and TIG welding, cutting, assembling, and fitting steel components as part of a close-knit team that supports multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and weld components from engineering drawings
  • MIG and TIG welding of mild and stainless steel
  • Operate standard fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and presses
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are met
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines

About You

  • Minimum 2 years welding or fabrication experience
  • Sound knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
  • Australian residency and current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

  • Trade qualification in Fabrication or Welding
  • Experience with agricultural or trailer-based equipment
  • Forklift licence and basic hand tool knowledge
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume production environments
