Job Description
Ready to make a real difference in Australia's home ownership journey? Our
Aussie Product Team
is on the hunt for a mid-level
Product Manager
to help shape and grow our products. Our portfolio spans
General Insurance (Allianz), Asset Finance (Platform Finance), My Protection Plan (ALI), Deposit Bonds (Deposit Assure), and Aussie Conveyancing (Settle Easy).
This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
where you'll not only manage and optimise existing products but also explore
exciting new partnership opportunities
. You'll collaborate across teams, work alongside senior leadership, and partner directly with external stakeholders to
deliver products that genuinely transform the customer experience.
What You'll Do

  • Shape the strategy and roadmap for partner products, driving both existing offerings and innovative new initiatives.
  • Champion key products, including General Insurance, Asset Finance, My Protection Plan, Deposit Bonds, and Conveyancing.
  • Build and nurture partner relationships, fostering collaboration and shared success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives that create meaningful business impact.
  • Lead products end-to-end, from concept and requirements to build, launch, and communications.
  • Use data and insights to optimise performance, maximise ROI, and continuously improve products.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:

  • Mid-level Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Home Loans, or Banking is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to work seamlessly across teams.
  • Hands-on and proactive—comfortable diving into details while driving initiatives forward.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on measuring impact and delivering results.
  • Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
