About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and hands-on approach to inspire and motivate the team daily.
  • Champion and enforce safe work practices across the site, fostering a culture of zero harm and accountability.
  • Support road transport operations, including outturning activities.
  • Maintain grain quality during the receival, handling and movement process.
  • Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods.
  • Assist with other tasks across the group as directed.

  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Organised, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to think on your feet and find solutions.
  • Confident working hands-on and leading from the front.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including rotating shifts and weekends.
