Receptionist/Showroom Host

We are looking for a Receptionist/Showroom Host who has exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, and a can-do attitude to join our close-knit team at our Bespoke by Autosports dealerships in Alexandria. You will be based in our Aston Martin Sydney showroom, but you will also be involved with our McLaren Sydney and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Sydney showrooms.

Our Receptionist/Showroom Host is one of the first points of contact for clientele visiting our dealerships. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, offering hospitality of the highest standard, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the showroom environment. Your goal is to deliver a luxury experience that exceeds expectations and reinforces customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet all visitors and clients with elegance and professionalism upon arrival or by phone.
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for Sales or Aftersales Team.
• Liaise with the Sales and Aftersales team to coordinate guest needs.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the showroom, customer lounge areas, and customer touchpoints.
• Handle VIP clients with absolute discretion and care.
• Manage front desk administrative duties such as ordering of refreshments, processing purchase orders, maintaining databases and scheduling for detailing and car wash.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Professional and immaculate appearance
• Confidence in dealing with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Competent administration skills
• Impeccable time management
• A full clean driver's license and be an extremely confident driver.
