We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead operations at Comfort Inn Traralgon. Our property features 32 comfortable and well-appointed rooms, offering guests a relaxed and convenient stay with complimentary Wi-Fi and easy access to the region's key amenities.

This is a full-time, on-site management position, offering both a competitive salary and accommodation.

Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, highly desirable


• Experience using RMS (property management system) is preferred


• Minimum 2 years of management roles experience required


• Australian work rights required for this position

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of 32 rooms, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and standards


• Oversee all guest bookings, enquiries, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, security of guest information, and efficient workflow


• Ensure compliance with all Check-in and Check-out procedures


• Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service across the property


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and external stakeholders


• Ensure full site compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures


• Ensure personal and team compliance with policies related to code of conduct, customer service standards, safety, security, and food hygiene


• Oversee financial and marketing reporting


• Conduct audits and daily inspections to maintain service quality and manage purchasing activities


• Manage staff rosters and report to payroll


• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to improvement plans


• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff
