The Role

We are offering an opportunity to work with and be mentored by our experienced Chef & Charcutier to learn unique techniques with high-quality value-added produce within our professional and inclusive Team.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Assist the Chef & Charcutier with the day to day running of the production kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook as per recipes to the highest standard.
  • Upholding strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Willing to learn and work within different sections of the business.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie
  • Tertiary education or culinary qualifications (cert 3 in hospitality minimum)
  • Strong Knife skills and attention to details.
  • Knowledge around different cuisines and techniques.
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • A can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
