About the Role

This is an in-office position only, no remote or interstate applicants.

You'll be based at our Morphett Vale office, working 2–3 days per week, 9am to 5pm.

You'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and managing the daily operations of the office. This role requires someone who is trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently, as you'll be opening and closing the office and often working on your own.

Accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail are essential, you'll help manage our very large client database and assist with a wide variety of administrative, financial, and marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the office each day
• Greeting clients and managing reception with professionalism and warmth
• Handling phone and email enquiries confidently and efficiently
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Generate reports and provide property sales data using CoreLogic RP Data.
• Maintaining our client database with accurate data entry
• Preparing and processing sales contracts, trust accounting, and daily reconciliations
• Sending documents to conveyancers and assisting with property settlements
• Preparing and sending property alerts, newsletters and mail merges
• Creating and scheduling social media content and marketing materials using Canva
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
• Keeping the reception area and office tidy, organised, and client-ready

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Professional, punctual, and reliable
• Well-presented and takes pride in their appearance
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, with excellent computer and IT skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
• Experience with Real Estate Manager (REM) Compass Plus (Vault) Canva, Publisher & Trello preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively
• Friendly, supportive, and a team player
• Local to Morphett Vale or surrounding suburbs, with good local knowledge

Experience in real estate administration, trust accounting, or office marketing is highly regarded but if you have solid admin experience, great people skills, and a proactive attitude, we're happy to train the right person.

Hours: 9am–5pm, 2–3 days per week (flexible for the right person)

Location: In-office only – Raine & Horne Morphett Vale, South Australia
