The Role

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Trade Assistantto join our team and work with one of our highly respected clients, who is based in Bellevue, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy work environment with the potential to move to a full-time position.

About the Role:

  • Immediate work available – ASAP start
  • Day shifts – Monday to Friday
  • Workshop-based role in Bellevue
  • Ongoing opportunity
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right person
  • Competitive rates

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of workshop experience
  • Forklift ticket (Preferred but not essential)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Assisting hydraulic fitters in stripping and cleaning hydraulic cylinders of various sizes
  • Preparing cylinders for assembly and spray painting
  • Performing general workshop duties as required
  • Supporting safety and maintenance protocols in the workshop
  • Learning spray painting techniques (no prior experience required)
  • Must have a Driver's license
