We are looking for an Accounts/Office Manager to provide bookkeeping and clerical support for our Grafton branch. This is a full-time position supporting the Branch Manager, and a key area of focus will be efficiency, accuracy and compliance with accounts and reporting. The position will also carry out other office management duties, including but not limited to the following:

Accounts payable management, including reconciliations and liaising with suppliers

Processing supplier invoices

Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Payment processing and bank reconciliations
-
Ensure up to date filing of electronic files

Assisting with onsite events
-
Maintaining stationery and uniforms
-
Assisting the branch manager to onboard staff and other administrative duties as required
What you'll need to bring
-
Sound accounting or bookkeeping experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as accounting software programs (e.g. Xero or iBody)

Actions orientated and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and take on new responsibilities
