Join our dedicated Student Service SPOT team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their university journey.

As the first point of contact for current and prospective students, you will provide exceptional service both in our busy call centre and on campus. Your role will involve helping students navigate university systems and processes, ensuring they have the information and confidence they need to make the most of their studies.

We're looking for a confident communicator with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will deliver accurate, timely and well-documented advice across a range of areas including course information, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships and general administration.

Position Requirements
  • Knowledge and proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
