Site Supervisor

The Role:

ASSEMBLE have been engaged to recruit a Site Supervisor for our client who are renowned luxury home builder & developer that specialises in upmarket bespoke homes and have been operating in South East QLD for over 20 years.

They do mix of builds for clients and their own developments with bespoke home build contracts generally ranging between $1.8m and $4m

This Role is based in Brisbane and is responsible for the supervision of four bespoke new builds homes between Rochedale and Toowong. Build contracts for these 4 homes range between $1.8 to $2.3m. You will have direct support from their construction manager and team.

Our client do some incredible builds with their own in-house architecture and design teams. The mentality of the team is everyone chips in and gives a hand and would ideally like someone who would be happy to jump on the tools once in a blue moon if something needs to get done to ensure they meet a deadline for example.

Plenty of career development opportunities as they will be looking for a Brisbane Construction manager in the future.

Remuneration on offer is $130,000 to $135,000 + Super + Work Vehicle & Fuel Card, Phone etc

Start date can be as early as Mid October up to late October.
