With a solid pipeline of work and collaborative site culture, they are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their team on a landmark multi-residential development in Brisbane's bayside region.

Your new role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all internal finishes across multiple levels of a high-rise residential build. You will coordinate trades, manage quality control, and ensure timely delivery of finishes packages including tiling, joinery, painting, and fit-off. The project is entering a critical phase, and your leadership will be key to maintaining program and quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to drive program and manage subcontractors effectively
• QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence preferred
• A trade background or relevant construction qualifications
