About the Senior Customer Finance Analyst role:

Partnering with the foodservice, food ingredients and Independence sales teams to drive and optimise the financial performance in the region, you will be a key support, challenger and decision influencer on all financial matters in relation to volume, pricing and tradespend investment to achieve topline and margin optimisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the ANZ Business Managers to understand organisational strategy and build volume and trade programs to achieve those strategic objectives

• Monthly reporting and analysis including ensuring a robust and transparent view of risk and opportunities

• Support the Food Service & Ingredients sales teams in their Budget and Forecast cycles ensuring transparency and clear analysis of drivers of movements vs previous positions

• Monitor in market sales performance and ensure driver based insights are provided back to the Sales team around volume, sales and tradespend performance. Ensure learnings from post evaluation of activities are captured are used to inform future plans

What we are looking for in a Senior Finance Analyst:

• 7 years experience in finance roles within FMCG with 4 years of commercial finance experience

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with prior experience in finance business partnering role

• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to influence and challenge

• SAP experience ,BI Reporting Tools
