About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of internal and client projects related to the implementation solutions for the Magnisol client base. This person will be comfortable working closely with client key stakeholders at all levels and internal consultants to ensure deliverables, timeline, and budget are delivered to plan and with high levels of client satisfaction.
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our growing team. Our preference would be for this position to be based in Melbourne; however, we are open to having the right candidate located in any of the major cities across Australia.
The right candidate may be an established professional that can demonstrate creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
Attention to detail and pride in what you deliver is essential.
Position Overview
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan

About you
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet a plus
