About the Role

As a Business Banker at IMB, you'll:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
  • Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction)
  • Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio
  • Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected mutual bank
  • Work closely with directand broker introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced Banker – At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills
  • Natural Networker – A strong personal and professional network in the Sydney business community
  • Self-Starter & Problem Solver – Someone who thrives in an autonomous role with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base
  • Passionate About Helping Businesses – Not just chasing big deals but making a real difference to business owners
