VE Group AU are a Civil Contracting, Plant Hire and Transport Logistics Company looking for a Transport Operators (full time and casual positions) to join our Ipswich & Southeast Queensland Operations Team. At VE Group, our focus lies in attracting professional drivers who exhibit a positive demeanour, possess excellent customer service skills, prioritise safety and demonstrate eagerness to continually learn and develop.

You will be primarily responsible for driving Truck and Quad - End Tippers in and around Southeast Queensland for local long term haulage projects.

This role would suit someone who first and foremost aligns to our values and has a solid background in operating late model Truck and Quads. Your experience should demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and a proven track record of delivering results in heavy haulage operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • HC or MC Driver's License. (Minimum of HC Licence)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in truck and dogs with 18-speed Roadranger gearbox.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NHVR regulations and permitting standards.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position

  • 5/2 roster (occasional Saturdays)
  • Home every night
  • Pre-employment medical and DnA required
  • Immediate start available
