What You'll Be Doing: As an Internal Salesperson, you'll be learning and developing essential skills while contributing to our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face and voice of Southern Steel QLD, assisting customers with their needs
  • Managing account customers and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Handling phone inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Preparing quotes and following up with customers after the sale
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns

You'll also work closely with various teams within the company to keep everything running smoothly.
