Adelaide, South Australia EFC TAX & ACCOUNTING SERVICES PTY LTD Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

EFC Group is a boutique accounting and business advisory firm located in Hutt Street Adelaide.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, well presented and motivated person to fill the position of office assistance within our firm.

In this role, you will work closely with the firm's Partners and professional staff to service and maintain strong relationships with varied clients.   Your key responsibilities include:

  • Checking & attending to admin email account and responding to email enquiries.
  • Recording & processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Receive & screen telephone calls.
  • Making calendar appointments for accounting staff.
  • Handling client correspondence and being the initial point of contact for all clients.
  • Manage and update client's files and database information.
  • Assist meeting and greeting clients.
  • Filing, ordering of stationary and keeping kitchen tidy.
  • Liase with ATO with client queries

Essential Skills

  • Experience as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant preferred but not essential
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work duties to meet workflow time frames and deadlines.
  • Neat and professional presentation.
  • Enjoy working within a team and independently.
