The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Process Supervisor to lead our Process Room team and keep operations running smoothly. From slicing, dicing, cutting and peeling to creating perfectly prepped produce, our Process Room plays a key role in helping chefs across Australia serve up the best.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and working hands-on in the Process Room alongside your team
  • Packing fresh produce to customer orders and prepping kilo bags (e.g. 1kg apples, carrots)
  • Custom prepping produce to client specs (cubing, peeling, slicing, etc.)
  • Managing daily workflows with the Production Manager
  • Conducting final quality checks to uphold standards
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP requirements
  • Training and supporting the team on processing techniques and safety standards
  • Maintaining schedules, workflows and equipment to keep things running smoothly

What You'll Bring

  • Confident leadership and a knack for bringing people together
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • A hands-on, can-do approach
  • Sharp attention to detail and confident knife skills
  • The ability to problem-solve and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Experience managing, training or setting goals for production staff
  • Prior food safety or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
