SEPSERVE is a local Bendigo company that specialises in the treatment and management of Septic systems in Central Victoria and across the state. We have a permanent ongoing position available in our Administration team.

This position is to assist with the day to day running of our office and provide administrative support to our Service and Installation teams.

This is an office based role located at our office in East Bendigo.

This role is for approx. 20 hours per week.

You MUST have previous experience with Xero, Outlook and administration roles to apply.

Your role will include:

  • General administration duties such as answering phones and liaising with clients

  • Processing payments, data entry and emails

  • Scheduling of jobs

  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable, punctual and have great attention to detail

  • Previous experience with Xero and outlook

  • Previous experience in an administration role

  • Have a polite phone manner and good communication skills

  • Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence and have a reliable vehicle.
