We have two exciting opportunities available in our Underwriting Services team - Assistant Underwriter & Senior Assistant Underwriter.

In these varied roles, you will utilise and develop a broad knowledge across multiple lines of business to handle complex tasks across the underwriting portfolios. You will support broker and customers queries and support general underwriting operations, including processing invoices, policies, endorsements, and cancellations. Collaborating with Underwriters and Service Consultants, you will ensure service activities are achieved within service level agreements and coordinate responses with appropriate stakeholders where required.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Previous experience within an insurance role will be highly regarded
• Ability to ensure prompt and effective response to client requests and interactions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention detail with the ability to process information with a high level of accuracy
• Good initiative and ability to work in an agile environment.
