The Team:
The Community Dementia Service is a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team that is part of Primary Health North. This service provides clinical services 7 days per week in the Launceston area and cognitive assessments across Northern Tasmania to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers.
The Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager - Community Specialist Nursing Services (Nurse Unit Manager) and Community Dementia Service team members, including word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail services and maintain and schedule appointments in an electronic diary as required.
You will need
- Is a job-share position working Monday and Tuesday of week one and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday week two of the fortnight plus backfilling for leave.
- Prepare basic correspondence and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in preparing documents such as reports, responses to requests for information and policies through the provision of secretarial support.
- Provide secretarial support to committees, including the preparation of agendas and minutes as required.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join us.

Salary:
$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
