Kick-Start Your UK Education Journey as a Behaviour Mentor

Are you a youth mentor, psychologist, prison officer, mental health nurse or healthcare professional based in Australia and considering a move to London? ANZUK Education is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work with students across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in South-East London.

This role is perfect if you're passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people while gaining international experience.

What You'll Do

  • Support students with tailored behaviour strategies
  • Build strong, positive relationships to encourage learning and wellbeing
  • Assist in the classroom to create inclusive environments
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet each child's individual needs
  • Track progress and contribute to wellbeing interventions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in youth work, psychology, mental health or similar fields
  • UK work rights (British Passport, Ancestry Visa or Youth Mobility Visa – under 36)
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm)
  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Resilience, empathy, and initiative
