An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced HR Advisors to join our HR team who are committed to making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

What to do next:

A true generalist position, you'll provide generalist HR support to the organisation.

With a current focus on end-to-end recruitment, you'll partner with hiring managers, engage with candidates and screen and onboard new employees providing the very best candidate experience.

You'll also coordinate employee licence/registration and screening compliance ensuring our systems accurately reflect the right information, collate monthly and ad hoc reporting to Executive and Leadership team supporting an evidence-based approach behind HR strategies, and be involved in HR policy reviews and updates and other continuous improvement activities.

Note that there will be the need to work across our other work sites (Cockburn and Balcatta) once a week.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Experience working with e-recruitment/HRM systems
  • Focus on continuous improvement with a natural curiosity to identify and improve HR/workforce processes, systems and outcomes
  • Willingness to support and embrace Identitywa's core values
