Key Responsibilities:

Oversea the scheduling of the daily maintenance and repair jobs of Field Service Technicians across Australia

  • Provide high quality customer service through phone, email and customer portals
  • Ensure technician workloads are scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance
  • Consider logistics, travel and pricing to organise service technicians work efficiently
  • Respond to changing needs and requirements, adjusting schedules accordingly
  • Manage Work In Process/Open Work Order reports to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed within client KPI timeframes
  • Provide accurate information to service technicians using the Salesforce scheduling tool, phone, email and teams
  • Collaborate with service managers, sales, finance and other departments to meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage a diverse range of activities while prioritising tasks.
