We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Site Administrator to join our team and support operations.

Your new role

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing training compliance and Learning Management System (LMS) records
  • Coordinating site access for personnel
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including booking flights and accommodation
  • Predominantly 7/7 roster, with some 5/2 work required in between shutdowns
  • Maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing site needs
  • Working camp-based across multiple locations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative roles, in mining or industrial environments
  • Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of flexibility and resilience in dynamic site conditions

In return, you'll enjoy a 7/7 roster and occasional 5/2 around shutdowns, approximate working hours of 5.15am-6.15pm, along with camp accommodation provided across sites.
