About the Role:
We are currently seeking two compassionate permanent part-time Qualified Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Beresfield.
The available shifts are:
- Position 1: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Position 2: Wednesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

You'll be providing personalised, person-centred care to older individuals and people living with disabilities, supporting them in their homes and local communities. Your role will be to assist with daily living, encourage independence, and promote dignity, wellbeing, and connection.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Transport to appointments or social activities
- Assistance with Personal care
- Welfare Checks
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Medication assistance
- Shopping and companionship
- Respite

Essential Requirements & Attributes:
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community) or equivalent Aged Care Qualification (industry experience preferred).
Or, hold another suitable qualification, for example /AIN /Disability SW.
- A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A current or willingness to obtain: Police Check & Working with Children Check (WCC)
- You're empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator
- Self-motivated, reliable, and thrive in a supportive team environment
- NSW Driver License and a Certified Safe Driving Record (acquired through Service NSW)
- A reliable, well-presented vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover
