Help build WA's sustainable energy future. Plico enables people to generate, access and control their own clean energy. With 3,000+ solar-battery systems in the field and strong growth ahead, we're expanding our in-house service capability—and we're looking for a senior, hands-on leader who can both lead in the field and uphold our electrical compliance.

The role

You'll lead our service function and be the on-tools expert for customer call-outs across residential and commercial solar-battery systems. You'll diagnose complex faults, fix issues safely, recommission systems and close out documentation. You'll also act as our nominated Qualified Supervisor for the Electrical Contractor's Licence—maintaining robust compliance, safety and quality, and coaching our team to high standards.

What you'll do

·       Attend customer sites to fault find and resolve PV/battery issues, complete testing and restore systems

·       Supervise electricians/apprentices; set the technical bar and mentor the team

·       Hold the ECL nominee responsibilities, certify prescribed electrical work and liaise with regulators as needed

·       Maintain strong WHS and compliance systems; keep documentation audit-ready

·       Work cross-functionally with scheduling and operations to meet SLAs and keep customers delighted

What you'll bring

·       WA A-Grade Electrical Worker's Licence

·       Eligibility and willingness to be the Company's ECL Nominee/Qualified Supervisor

·       Proven experience holding an EC

·       White Card, Working at Heights, WA Driver's Licence

·       A calm, customer-first approach and excellent documentation habits

Nice to have

·       Experience with solar and battery products

·       Experience leading a service crew and improving service playbooks
