A bit about your role
The Senior Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the strategic roadmap for nbn Field Services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and the Field Strategy. This includes overseeing portfolio governance, prioritisation, and execution of key initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders across EGM and GM levels.
The role partners closely with Project Managers, Business and Technology Delivery Owners, and Commercial teams to ensure clarity of outcomes, timely delivery, and fiscal accountability. Responsibilities span strategic planning, risk management, resource alignment, and performance tracking, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
The Senior Portfolio Manager also contributes to executive-level communications and governance forums, ensuring programs are structured, resourced, and delivered to meet business case commitments and success measures. Key working relationships include senior leaders across Field Services, Strategy, Pipeline, Digital, and Capability Delivery functions.
A bit about you

Their competencies include business case development, benefit tracking, workshop facilitation, and executive-level communication. Known for their collaborative mindset, adaptability, and strategic thinking, they foster inclusive team environments and consistently deliver impactful outcomes aligned to business goals.
