Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Senior Behaviour Support Specialist. The role involves conducting in-depth behavioral assessments, developing support plans tailored to individual needs, and collaborating closely with clients and their support networks to achieve positive outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, providing technical and customer support, and addressing challenging behaviors to enhance participants' quality of life. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential for ongoing support and effective collaboration in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for conducting in-depth behavioral assessments and analyzing behavior data
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to manage client-related operational challenges effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Support skills to collaborate with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders effectively
  • Background in psychology, social work, or related field; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions is highly desirable
