Aderant is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our global sales team. Solution Consultants are the primary resource for the field sales force and are responsible for actively assisting and supporting the Account Executive to further the sales process. This role will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key advisor and product advocate for the Aderant application suites and as a liaison between Sales and Product Management/Marketing. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to drive the adoption, retention and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

Responsibilities
- Support product sales as a domain expert related to financial applications functionality.
- Support sales team in prospect discovery meetings to determine customer's requirements and challenges.
- Responsible for delivery of tailored product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- Able to respond to functional requirements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Give feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
- This position involves travel throughout Asia Pacific.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Aderant Expert (preferred) or equivalent practice management software for law firms.
- Experience and familiarity with enterprise level accounting systems and legal technology software.
- CPA or CA qualified is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science and/or Information Systems is preferred.
- Experience in solution consulting/presales is preferred.
- Candidates must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
