Presales Solutions Consultant
to play a key role in shaping the future of FSM in Austrailia.

Your Impact

As a
Presales Solutions Consultant,
you'll be at the heart of how we engage, win, and deliver value to customers across Public, Housing, Property & FM, and Infrastructure sectors. This isn't just about running demos—it's about shaping solutions that solve real-world challenges and demonstrate the power of Totalmobile's platform. You'll lead discovery workshops, design high-level solutions, and influence strategic deals at C-suite level. You'll collaborate across sales, product, and delivery to ensure seamless engagement, and as our APAC team grows, you'll have the opportunity to help shape processes, mentor new hires, and play a strategic role in our regional success.

Who We're Looking For

To succeed here, you'll bring
at least three years of experience in presales
with the confidence to present and facilitate workshops at C-suite level. You'll have strong skills in
product demonstrations, solution design, and storytelling
—combined with the ability to translate features and functionality into customer value through compelling, benefit-led narratives.
Experience working with field service market products and processes is essential
along with
integration technologies such as SQL
. Experience in bid and tender management will be highly valuable, as will leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset. Bonus points if you hold Enterprise or Solution Architecture certification.
