About the Role

We're looking for a receptionist extraordinaire who shares our passion for delivering 10/10 customer service every day. You'll be the smiley face that pets and pet owners love seeing, and the friendly voice that welcomes phone enquiries. You'll help keep our days running smoothly and ensure every visit feels positive and personal.

Our ideal candidate is a people person with excellent communication skills, superb organisational abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our clinic and greet pet owners and their pets with genuine warmth, in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar with accuracy and care
  • Assist pet owners with enquiries and explain our services clearly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with our vets and nurses to keep the day flowing smoothly
  • Carry out admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock control
  • Look for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience
  • Help make every interaction with our clinic a great experience

What You'll Bring

  • A love for both animals and people
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A natural ability to make others feel welcome and valued
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence multitasking and prioritising in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with computers and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)
