Burbank is seeking a dynamic House & Land Coordinator to champion our presence across key estates and build lasting relationships with developers and land agents.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the connector between our sales team and the land market, ensuring packages are accurate, visible, and compelling. From land runs and JV negotiations to online listings and consultant support, you'll be instrumental in shaping our footprint and accelerating growth.

- Based within the Burbank build zone
- Reports to House & Land Manager
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with land agents and developers
- Ensure timely and accurate packaging across all estates and platforms
- Support sales consultants with land insights, pricing, and client guidance
- Represent Burbank professionally at industry events
- Drive exclusive land holds and package visibility across channels
What you'll bring:
- Sales experience in the new home building industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Property or construction qualification (desirable but not essential)
