We are passionate about coffee and are looking for an EXPERIENCED MACHINE OPERATOR who has a positive can-do attitude to join our established business located at our Wetherill Park manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will need to have the experience and ability to work on their own and in a team environment as this role requires multi-tasking in a busy environment, with team leading as your goal.

Full time position available Monday to Friday. Day Shifts between 6:30am to 6pm and rotational rostered Afternoon Shifts between 2:30pm to 11pm are also required.

Salary $75k gross p.a + Super (Overtime rates apply after 6pm)

Roles & Duties:

  • Production line operation of processing equipment
  • Operation of high speed and automated packaging equipment
  • Manual handling and the use of pallet jacks and/or forklift
  • Team leading and shift supervision
  • Working with preventative maintenance schedules
  • Equipment fault diagnosing and analysis
  • Efficient packing of products and working within production schedules and deadlines
  • Product quality monitoring and working with QA procedures including monitoring of batch and quality records
  • Cleaning, disassembly and reassembly of equipment
  • Following WH&S guidelines
  • Awareness of company policies, procedures and practices

Essential Selection Criteria:

To be selected for this position you must have:


• 12 months minimum in a similar role in a high speed food manufacturing environment


• Be physically able to perform required duties – lifting and bending


• Good mechanical understanding and knowledge


• Be eager to learn and grow with the role

• You must have the right to live and work in Australia
