We are passionate about coffee and are looking for an experienced Machine Operator who has a positive can do attitude with previous machine operating experience to join our established business located at our Wetherill Park manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will need to have the experience and ability to work on their own and in a team environment as this role requires multi-tasking in a busy environment.

FULL TIME and PART TIME positions available Monday to Friday.

Day Shifts between 6:30am to 6pm and some Afternoon Shifts available between 2:30pm to 11pm.

Roles & Duties:


• Production line operation of processing equipment


• Operation of high speed and automated packaging equipment


• Manual handling and the use of pallet jacks and/or forklift (if licensed to do so)


• Working with preventative maintenance schedules


• Equipment fault diagnosing and analysis


• Efficient packing of products and working within production schedules and deadlines


• Product quality monitoring and working with QA procedures including monitoring of batch and quality records


• Cleaning, disassembly and reassembly of equipment


• Following WH&S guidelines


• Awareness of company policies, procedures and practices


• Follow work instructions

• Physically fit, able to bend and lift safely up to 15-20kg

• Forklift license


• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)

Essential Selection Criteria – To be selected for this position you must have:


• 6 months minimum packing/production line experience in manufacturing or a similar fast paced environment


• Experience in a similar role in a high speed food manufacturing environment


• Be physically able to perform required duties – lifting and bending


• Good mechanical understanding and knowledge


• Be eager to learn and grow with the role

• Forklift license
