Salary:  Up to $97,435 + Super

Location: Balmain

About the Role

You'll take ownership of building and civil maintenance tasks, ensuring properties and public facilities are safe, functional, and well-presented. This includes:

  • Performing carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
  • Managing maintenance programs and contractor compliance.
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing reports.
  • Operating vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Responding to urgent incidents when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Trade Certificate in a building trade OR 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance programs.
  • Commitment to WHS, EEO, and diversity principles.
