What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Answer everyday banking questions and help manage accounts
  • Recommend products that suit individual customer needs
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with plenty of support

  • Excellent phone communication skills and a passion for customer service
  • Digital literacy with ability to learn new systems
  • Calm, logical approach to problem-solving
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Team player ready to make a difference
  • Available to work Fridays
