Ablepoint Australia is a fast-growing, person-centred disability support provider delivering high-quality NDIS services across NSW and WA. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager / CEO to lead service delivery, drive operational excellence, and support our continued growth.

This role is ideal for a senior leader with strong NDIS experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for empowering participants and staff.

About the Role

The Service Manager / CEO will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards, manage teams across multiple regions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, participants, and families.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, implement strategic initiatives, and support the organisation's ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all service streams (SIL, STA, ILO, Community & Social Support, In-Home Care).
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for Team Leaders and administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, internal policies, and quality frameworks.
  • Manage and monitor participant care plans, risk assessments, incidents, and service outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to implement strategic projects and organisational objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee rostering efficiency, workforce planning, and service continuity.
  • Support growth, service expansion, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in internal and external meetings.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in NDIS, Community Services, Aged Care, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Compliance, Rostering, SIL operations, and Incident Management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple regions.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and decision-making capability.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Nursing, or Management (preferred).
