Role: Senior Manager – Change Communications (Contract)
Contract Duration:
Initial 6 months, with potential extension to 12 months

Brisbane based

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Change Communications at a senior level
  • Strong self-starter with high initiative and drive
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to work across both strategic initiatives and BAU

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Change Lead and CIO in delivering strategic communications
  • Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with the organisation's evolving AI strategy
  • Assist in preparing board-level presentations, including practical AI use cases across the organisation
  • Create a project framework that outlines governance and servicing models for initiatives
  • Analyse historical investment portfolios to identify trends and inform future decision-making processes
  • Experience with operating models is highly valued
