We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Officer to join our growing team This role will play a key role in supporting the timely and efficient processing of payroll for both our corporate and franchise stores.

The Junior Payroll Officer, will be responsible for the lifecycle of employee records, including onboarding, updates to employment details, variations to employment terms, and terminations. They will assist with maintaining our payroll inbox and provide support to our operations team with Time and Attendance system queries.

**What you can expect**:

- Updating and maintain employee profiles in our systems
- Reviewing, updating and processing superannuation and tax changes
- Owning the termination process, ensuring all documentation and final payments are completed accurately
- Managing the Payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and directing them to the appropriate department as needed
- Maintaining up to date records and assisting with ad hoc payroll related projects

**You’ll enjoy the role if you have**:

- An eye for accuracy and high level of organisational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll related issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills both verbal and written
