Who We're Looking For:

You're not just an admin whiz or a sales gun — you're a bit of everything. A self-starter with a sense of humour, an eye for detail, and a love of helping things run like clockwork. You'll be the glue that holds the back office together while playing a key part in growing the business. No two days will be the same — and you love that.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Managing bookings for tours and charters (Club55 and more)
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email — friendly vibes only
  • Driver & Vehicle Check Ins on site at the depot
  • Coordinating tour operations and working closely with Suppliers, Drivers & Guides
  • Assisting with product development (new tours, fresh ideas, itinerary building)
  • Keeping on top of emails, invoices, CRM updates, and general admin duties
  • Supporting social media updates and newsletters (bonus points if you love Canva)
  • Jumping in wherever needed to keep things humming along smoothly

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Admin or office management experience (tourism experience a 
    big
     bonus)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills — Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Xero, etc.
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and laugh along the way
  • A love for WA, travel, people, and helping a small biz grow
  • Bonus: Marketing, social media, sales or tourism operations knowledge
