Here's What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive patronage, sponsorship value, membership growth, and event attendance.

• Leading brand strategy, corporate image, communications, and public profile.

• Managing the organisation's marketing plan, timelines, and overall marketing budget.

• Overseeing agency partnerships, media relationships, tourism engagements, and stakeholder networks.

• Analysing campaign performance, audience behaviour, and market trends to optimise outcomes.

• Responding to sponsorship enquiries, preparing proposals, and executing sponsorship contracts.

• Leading advertising strategy, PR, and messaging across digital, social, and traditional media.

• Managing all media enquiries, press releases, and public facing communications.

• Overseeing membership communications, annual membership kits, and loyalty programs.

• Elevating exposure for racedays, non racedays, hospitality offerings, and venue hire.

• Preparing monthly reporting for senior leadership and supporting board level insights.

• Ensuring brand consistency and proofing all marketing collateral before release.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience leading marketing strategy within entertainment, tourism, hospitality, events, or sport.

• Strong capability in campaign delivery, content, PR, brand management, and communication.

• Leadership experience with direct reports and cross functional collaboration.

• Excellent writing, proofing, and communication skills with strong creative judgement.

• Confidence managing agencies, media partners, PR providers, and external stakeholders.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue outcomes.

• High level organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive, hands on working style aligned with a fast moving, flat organisational structure.

• A willingness to understand the nuances of racing and avoid inaccurate industry marketing.
