Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small, dedicated crew to provide top notch lawn maintenance services
  • Deliver high-quality garden maintenance including hedging and small tree work
  • Guide outdoor projects from start to finish, ensuring quality of work throughout
  • Carry out Action Plans with precision to ensure projects meet original design, specifications and client vision
  • Perform soft landscaping including site preparation, soil preparation and new plantings
  • Install hard outdoor features as required (like steppers, gravel, water features, etc)

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Hands-on experience in a garden, landscape or construction industry
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Car and licence
