As a **Lawn Mower Operator/ Landscape Gardener** at EDZ Property Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the lawns and outdoor spaces of our clients are well-maintained, healthy, and visually appealing. This hands-on position involves operating commercial lawnmowers and other landscaping equipment to mow and trim lawns, ensuring they are properly cared for and looking their best.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and other equipment to mow and maintain residential and commercial lawns.
- Ensure lawns are cut to the desired height and edges are neatly trimmed.
- Maintain equipment, including cleaning and performing basic checks and maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures when operating lawnmowers and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to the client’s specifications.
- Assist with additional landscaping tasks such as raking, leaf blowing, and debris removal when necessary.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or team leader for specific lawn care requirements and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including different grass types and cutting techniques.
- Ability to operate various lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred for traveling to job sites).
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment (preferred but not required).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to [weight limit] lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

- Gardening: 2 years (preferred)
- Lawn mowing/ Gardening: 2 years (preferred)
