The Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect (Registered) who is ready to do more than just deliver projects. This is about becoming a key part of a close-knit practice, leading the way in both design and delivery, and helping us grow our architectural services.

This Role Is Ideal If You

  • Want to use your experience to influence and shape a practice, not just follow along.
  • Love the idea of being a lead on projects, working across everything from refurbishments and fit-outs through to larger developments.
  • Get energy from mentoring others — especially graduates working towards their own registration.
  • Are looking for a studio that genuinely supports balance, flexibility, and family life.

We're ideally offering this as a
part-time role (3–4 days per week)
, but are open to full-time for the right person.

Skills And Experience

  • Registered with the Board of Architects Queensland (BOAQ).
  • 5+ years' architectural experience across a range of scales and sectors.
  • Strong design thinking backed by solid technical and construction knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Great communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, and contractors.
