John the team at Turning Point as Research Fellow to play a central role in advancing a major program of implementation research focused on co-design and translating evidence into real-world health settings. The position contributes to the development and delivery of implementation trials and works both independently and within a high-performing national research team to drive meaningful improvements in health service delivery.
Responsibilities will include designing, coordinating and conducting implementation studies, preparing high-quality ethics and grant submissions and producing peer-reviewed publications and conference outputs. The role will also contribute to the development of research tools including surveys and protocols while supporting junior researchers and engaging with external partners to ensure effective project delivery. There is also the opportunity to contribute to national collaborations and professional forums.
We are seeking someone with a doctoral qualification in a relevant health discipline (implementation science, psychology, mental health or public health) along with strong analytical skills and experience in qualitative or mixed methods research. The position also calls for the ability to work collaboratively and with initiative advanced communication, manuscript preparation skills and proficiency in research software and academic publication.
