Smoke Shack BBQ in Mount Colah is looking for a motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team. If you're passionate about food and want to be part of a friendly, fast-paced BBQ restaurant, we'd love to hear from you

Your role will include:

  • Assisting in food preparation and cooking
  • Supporting our chefs on the grill and in the kitchen
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
  • Helping with dishwashing and general duties as required
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for:

  • Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not essential – we can train the right person)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
