Doko Yakiniku is a brand new Japanese Yakiniku Bar opening in Newtown at the end of October. We are seeking dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team.

Trading Hours:

  • Open 6 days a week (closed Mondays)
  • Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Lunch: Thursday–Saturday 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Kitchen Staff (Cooks & Kitchen Hands)

  • Previous experience in Japanese dining restaurants preferred
  • Must be available Fridays & Saturdays
  • Looking for reliable and hardworking team players

Training will begin from the 3rd week of October.
